High school tech guy, terminal lover, and builder for Hack Club's StarDance Competition!
Welcome to my official project site! I made this page with raw HTML, CSS, and like 10 lines of JavaScript. No React, no frameworks, just vibes and whatever I remembered from CS class lol.
My desk at 2:30 AM during StarDance build week ð

"StarDance-Sync-v1.ino"
For the Hack Club StarDance competition, I wanted to combine sound-reactive hardware with rhythm synchronization! It's an ESP32 microcontroller hooked up to 60 addressable WS2812B LEDs and an electret microphone that pulses colors to the beat of whatever song is playing.
ESP32 NodeMCU (bought with pocket money)
60x WS2812B RGB NeoPixel Strip
MAX9814 Audio Auto-Gain Mic module
C++ on Arduino IDE + FastLED library
